How come i cant use the quick reply feature? its just greyed out.

The reason its like this (i.e. click on the quick reply button - its the on on the far right at the bottom of each post) is that it keeps the topic threaded if you choose to view the forum in threaded or hybrid mode.
I could change this though if enough people feel strongly about it?
