i used my nokia e 62 this morning to check my emails. I noticed that the battery was low. So i plunged it and went to take a shower. When i came back the screen was white with the word nokia written in blue. I thought i turned it off by accident so i pressed the power button again . Nothing. I took the battery out for 30 min, put it back in, still nothing. I can't have access to anything. I just have a white screen and the word nokia written in blue. My cell provider told me to bring to tech but it might cost me a bit. So before i send it to tech, Is there anyway to resolve this problem? i tried everything. i KNOW FOR SURE IT'S THE SOFTWARE !! PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME !!!:redface:

You could try to re-format your phone. Be warned that by doing so you will loose all data in your phone.

To carry out the reformat ensure that the phone is off and the battery is fully charged. You will have to press four keys on the phone simultanously. The keys are, the power switch, the call key, def3 key & *+ key. It can be a little tricky to press all four keys. Suggest you get some to help you out. Hope this will solve your problem with the phone.
