A new firmware, 7.24.0.3, is now available via the Nokia Software Updater for the Nokia E90. In other E90 news Nokia has also recently added support for the Nokia E90 to its iSync page (also available for most other S60 phones). This allows Mac OS X users to sync their contact and calendar information and together with Nokia Media Transfer offers a complete Mac solution for S60 phones.

Calendar Today bug still present 8-( No Assisted GPS, maybe that's not needed now or is coming in a future update?
Steve Litchfield
I hope assisted GPS does come. Even if GPS is alot quicker now.
Having read how people can get a lock indoors as well. First, it means there is little chance of loosing lock outdoors. Also, I somtimes like to do the navigating even before I leave the house.
Also, what calander bug (apart from no catagories)
Zuber
The Calendar bug is that when you press '#' to go to 'Today', the right hand display carries on showing the appointments for the day you were previously on. Very, very annoying and potentially dangerous.
Steve
What is the server listed in settings > general > posititioning > positioning server. If it isn't supl.nokia.com, try changing it to that server.
Will do, I'll have a play over the weekend.
Steve
Thanks for the update Steve - sounds like Nokia slightly rushed the E90 to market, which I guess they can get away with now that firmware can be updated over the air...
(Just compare how buggy updatable PC games are vs unfixable console games. The first release of a PC game is usually full of bugs, while console games are virtually bug free.)
I wonder if they might enhance the E90's PDA software (bringing it closer to the 9500), rather than just bug-fix it?
I would like to see this assisted GPS in action. Is there any specification for that 3gppnetwork.org server in Forum nokia?
agps server address on my phone is h-slp.mnc091.mcc244.pub.3gppnetwork.org
Hi Steve I was wondering what was your product code in your E90 and the languages that it comes with???? Thanks Vic
That h-slp.mnc091.mcc244.pub.3gppnetwork.org is not agps address. Its hmm howto say in english Network based positioning server address. And that setting have nothing to do with agps. IF i understand it right.
