I just found this forum on Google while i was searching for a soloution to my problem that i am having with my Nokia N70..

So i thot i would pop on here and ask you pro's....

The problem im having is when i phone someone or someone phones me, they can hear me no problem but for some reason i can hardly hear the other person on the other end of the line.. Im just hearing them faintly..
When i turn the phone on and get the welcome screen, the nokia tune that comes on at the same time is loud and clear...

I hope someone can put me in the right direction on what is best to do..

I presume you've tried turning up the volume by pressing right joystick during a call?

and if you switch to Loudspeaker (handsfree) is that quiet also?

Hi Ken, the loudspeaker is working perfect..

So it could be that your earphone speaker (the one on the front) is defective. Take it to a Nokia Service Centre for testing.
