incoming mail sever not found. ???!!!!
Hi Carlo,
You need to chose the smtp.server of your mobile Network for it to work, much easier than this is to go to
https://nokiags.wdsglobal.com/advanced?siteLanguageId=118
Enter all the relevant details and the settings will be sent direct to your phone, job done.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's the INCOMING mail-server (POP) that Carlo has a problem with, not outgoing (SMTP)!?
Running the "Nokia configurator" to get settings for his networks ISP mailbox won't give him the setup for his office account e-mail will it... 😉
Carlo: Have you checked if there are any specific ports to be used in order to be able to access your office's mailserver (whether you're required to use SSL, port to use, APOP required etc..)?
You can check theese in your account settings on your laptop.
Thanks ,alot Dogmann for your reply
