I have a Nokia E65 & its on the 3 network
If I go into the 3 home page browser I have an option to save images. This is found in Tools> View images
If I use the Nokia browser (Its called "Web" on the handset) I don't have this option
The "Web" browser is lots better than the 3 version. Having the cursor makes it 100x easier to use, but this saving images thing is a real pain in the arse!
Anyone know of a fix?
As a workaround I just open the service browser and connect to wifi network and so I download my images.
I read that the newer smartphones have the services&web browser in 1 so maybe this should fix the issue on the next phone.
Not a fix (you'll have to wait for the S60 Web team for that!) but a workaround. Install Screenshot http://www.antonypranata.com/screenshot/ and grab the screen when an image is up that you want. You'll be limited to the sizes available within 'Zoom images', but at least you can grab the image somehow and trim/crop it later.
