Hello everyone

I am a newbie here and I have a problem with my E70. The phone just switches off for no apparent reason. Sometimes when the battery is full and sometimes when the battery is close to dead (not to sure if this is normal)

It's getting irritating as I picked up with my previous phone (nokia 6820) even when the phone is off the alarms rings, The E70 does not do this, or does and I dont know how to do this or activate this function.

please help as it really irks me when I get up and find out that the alarms did not ring as the phone is off.

please help me

Phone should power on even if it's powered off when the alarm is to sound. Me thinks you have some sort of short and I would warranty that phone ASAP. I set my alarm every night and power the phone off and haven't had one problem in the year and a half that I've owned my E70 (and in the years previous with all my Nokia phones) with it powering on to sound the alarm. It then asks if you want to power the phone on or leave it off after the alarm goes off. You most definitely have a issue that needs to be addressed via warranty.
