Hi All
I have just tried going on to the nokia software update for my o2 n95 and it says that there is an update available for my phone. However when i accept the t & c's it comes up with an error message saying Internal Module Error.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try disabling your Firewall and Virus checker. I use Norton Internet Security (Symantec) and NSU crashes if I have Norton Firewall or Anti-Virus enabled.
P.S. Turn them both back on as soon as NSU is finished.
Gave that a try but still did not work.
Any other suggestions

Uninstall ALL Nokia applications, run a registry cleaner, reboot the PC and then reinstall NSU and try again.
