Hi, recently got an N75 but am now having problems regarding changing ring/alert/alarm tones. Whenever i go to change them in the phone, i'm no longer able to do so. I try the "change" function in the "profile customize" menu and the nothing happens, just the original screen and when i just click the designated tone nothing also happens. I used to be able to just click the current ringtone and a menu would come up listing all the tones.
I've put all the tones in the folder locations that they are supposed to reside in yet they won't show up when i want to change them. The only way to change a ringtone is to go into the 3-D tones menu, but this leaves me no way to change the alert tones for incoming messages or alarms. anyone familiar with this issue?
