N 73 Phone is dead

You'll need to get it flashed at a NSC

I think you also had to attach charger while flashing it.
Even if problem happens while flashing - that Nokia Software Updater offers to take the battery off and disconnect charger, then switch them on again and press a power on button for several seconds. And this works. I had cable problem while flashing - followed that instruction and it re-started uploading firmware to phone and everything went OK.
