New N73 Questions

I just got my N73 and I have a few questions that I hope someone can help me out, I'm quite new to this phone stuff, my previous phone was a crappy T610.

- I cannot figure out how to turn off the camera sound when I take a photo. I turn the volume down but it's still loud. I was hoping to take some discreet photos.

- Is dust an issue? I searched here and only found one post about it. My T610 was covered in dust, a real pain. I ordered a silicon case but I haven't received it yet.

- I often have to reboot my PC to get the PC to recognize the phone by USB. Is this common?

- when watching a movie, can I fast forward & rewind? I can't figure out how.

Any must have software that I should know about? I'm currently playing with the Nokia Video Manager which is pretty cool. Anything else? My primary use are movies and the camera.

Thanks!

-Try switching to the silent profile

-Only if you open it up

-Check the connection. In my case, PC Suite doesn't work if it starts up when Windows does. Opening it manualy seems to make sure connections happen easier.

-hold down the joystick in the forward or back direction

-Read this blog from the beginning
