Which navigation software to use in Oz on Nokia N95?

Hi all,

I have just purchased a Nokia N95 with internal GPS, I have previously used TOMTOM on pda but the phone runs on Symbian. I do have a UK version of Route 66 for symbian phones, but no Australia Maps.

What is the best software?

I have heard that TomTom won't work with the internal GPS, but Route 66 does!

If Route 66 is the only or best then where can i get an Australian map because the website wants to sell you the whole package again, not like TomTom where you can just get the maps.

Please help,

Kind regards

Mark

Thanks for that,

I tried to use the map but its blank apart from the water areas, is there a setting or something i need to do.

Thanks for the link

Mark

I would like to know from those that have used route 66. Is it better than the MAPS (smart2go) software that comes with the N95. I have limited space on my memory card and was wondering which one was better?

Thanks for the program.
But from where to download the maps for Scandinavia?

Have seen the program for about 85 Euro in a shop. But could not find a demoversion on the internet so that I can test the program for a couple of days befor I decide to buy it or not.

hi, dave

yes route 66 is much much better then nokia maps! if u got limited space on your MC i sugest buying a bigger one, like 2 gb for around 15-20 then u got plenty space for whatever u want(pics,apps,movies....).
