After program exit stacker was not able to compressed the program Handy Clock. Error was... App is busy! after a few minutes tried to compressed it again i still get the same error.

It's not a bug. It scrolls because its trying to compress if anything is compressable. To disable it, go to SDoubler, move joystick to the right to go to Files tab, scroll down to Messages, Options, Disable group.

At least wheen it is scrolling you know the program is working.
