Problem with new Truphone disabiling voicemail key

Today, I upgraded my phone to TruVoice 3.0. The installation went smooth enough. However, I found that every time I tried to access my voicemail by pressing 1, my phone would crash. Also, if I tried to press the Call Voicemail box button in Tools, the application will no longer start. I've uninstalled Truphone, but it has not fixed the problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?

i tried truphone 3 and my phone went mad... better waiting for a no beta version, lots of work i think must be done

What I did was make sure that all of the SIP and Internet profiles were fully deleted. Then my button returned to normal. I suspect the issue was that the Truphone profile from the old version and the new version were both on the device, conflicting with each other. I guess the uninstall routine was not complete

Uninstall Trufone then Format the internal memory with *#7370#

Do not run a backup before the format and a restore afterwards or you will restore the problem. unfortunately you will lose all your apps which were installed to internal memory.

P.S.Thanks for the warning, I was considering upgrading to Trufone 3!
