I think many of you know the program Bemused which purpose is to control WinAmp via Bluetooth. Well, Ive problem to make it work. Ive set the COM9 to use with it in Bluetooth Local Services configuration. I take a connection to COM9 in Bemused program and when I choose refresh playlist in the phone program the PC program tells "Wrote song list to phone". But the phone program just says "refreshing" and jams.
Bemused problem
What BT-adapter you have?
Does your PC-Suite work (or anything via BT)?
Change different COM and try again.
Make sure that you have latest version (1.3).
Ive Epox BT-DG02 adapter. Everything works fine between phone and PC, but not that "serial port thing", I can send files to phone and vica versa. Ive tried different ports but everytime same problem.
Hmmm... Interesting indeed... Sorry but I can't help you. It's sounds like there is problem whit connection (really?) between Bemused Server and 7650. Have you tried to change com-port?
Lepinkinen - sounds very interesting... could you please check a couple of things for me:
1. Does the file c:\apps\bemused\songlist.dat exist? If so, please could you e-mail it to me ([email protected]).
2. Following the message "wrote song list to phone" in the server program, the number of bytes used by the song list should be displayed (eg. "Wrote song list to phone (1000 bytes)". Is this number displayed, and if so, what is it?
3. Does PC Suite work OK for you?
4. Are you running Bemused using the same COM port as PC Suite? If not, try removing the COM port that Bemused's currently running on from Local Services, and using the same port as PC Suite uses.
