I am getting connection error on my Nokia N73 phone. Is there any one who can tell me what needs to be done to eliminate this error...Whatever the code MSC is sending to handset is making handset telephone stack to throw message saying "Connection Error"...Can anyone give some suggestions on this...

dad has had this phone for a month and it was fine until today. EVERY phone call ends with connection error, and i noticed that even without making a call the signal drops to zero every now and again.
I messedd about with the settings and in the end set network to manual and selected vodafone. Managed to make a phone call for 5 minutes without disconnecting then my dad had to go. so not sure if it has fixed it but we'll see when he comes home tonight.
anyone else know why this happens? i haven't changed anything on the phone it's only just started happenning.
k changing settings does not work, so I have upgraded it to the latest firmware to see if that helps. will report tomorrow after a day's use.
