i dont know what to do? Plzz can someone help me?

try following (1) check pc suite connection section that you have enabled usb..(2)does your pc show usb device found msg? Clean contacts on your phone and finally i think you must have tried restarting your phone a few times 😊

You checked usb port on your PC? May be they are not work?
But i think that no drivers needed to connect the N72 to pc (if you use the xp sp2 or Vista). By connection your phone must be automaticly appears as flash drive disk
sorry for bad english (IM from RUSSIA)

DIMSI your english is not so bed as you think. N72 will never act as flesh disk (see similar thread for N70). You must install drivers for it(installing pc suite...) atleast for xp (don't know about vista)
