N70ME Firmware Upgrade...How to?? — Nokia N70, N72 and N90

I've N70 ME and its Firmware is
5.0638.3.0.1
18-9-06
RM-84

I want to flash/upgrade it firmware to the latest one, v5.0705.3.0.1 coz it has got really new improvements and got bugs solved.

I've downloaded the updated firmware from Nokia site.

Pls let me know, what all things i need to backup before applying the update?
I will be backing up my SMS, SONGS, PHOTOS n Media, n applications.

but what about the default applications which i got Factory loaded...like Opera, Yahoo msger, Rintone editor, Adobe acrobat, Quickword, norton n etc...
Will they remain unaffected?? Coz i dont have their setup files.

and ***most importantly my CALENDER NOTES....now how to backup them??

n can we save/backup our current Firmware version??

And shall we remove the memory card from the phone during upgradation??

Make a backup on MMC before, it restores everything after update. The current firmware cannot be saved, nor restored. The MMC is nopt affected by the update, however, it's better to remove it.
