3 how-to questions: uninstall, .sis removal & email removal

Hi my device is Nokia N70-music edition (S60, 2nd Ed, FP3)

Here are 3 how-to questions from a S60 newbie:

Q-1) How do I uninstall applications that I had installed using PC-Suite ?

Q-2) After the applications are installed, I still see their .SIS files in E:\. Can these .SIS files be removed (assuming that they are just installer-packages), or are they the executables ?

Q-3) I've configured Yahoo Email & Gmail, for POP/SMTP based e-mail retrieval on the device. I'm in a soup with 300+ mails (old mails that were lying in my account) that are on the device. I am unable to delete them. If I select them individually or form a list by pressing Edit+Up/Dn & say 'Delete', they are kind of "marked-for-deletion" but stay there with the mark, don't dissapear. This happens if I say delete from mobile+server. If I say delete from mobile, then I get a message saying that this will not ensure that the already downloaded 'Headers' are removed from mobile !!
So, how to clean-up (and reclaim the valuable real-estate) ?

thanks,
bd

1. Go to app manager, highlight the app you wish to get rid of and then press 'c'
2. These are probably the installation packages so you can delete them. If you're not sure, copy them on PC to have them as backup.
3. Have no idea. When I bought my N70 it had some e-mail from the guy who used it before me and I got rid of them with soft format.
