Could someone please advise me how to set up my back lit keypad, the keypad lights up when the handset is booting, other than this it never lights up, i have my brightness set to maximum but still nothing, if i walk into a dark room, i cant use the phone as i can only see the screen!!

The keypad's light is automatic one, meaning it only lights up in darker place, bet you already know this and I guess your problem is the light is broken...
Now I have a question, Does warranty cover this kind of damage? I also got a problem with my keypad, it keeps falling off and now I already lost some of the pieces of the keypad.. Pleas someone tell me, does warranty cover this? if not how much does it cost to change a new keypad?
