Changing the front and back of the N95...?

Is this possible?

To change the silver to perhaps black and the purple to say silver, I have had a look around but didn't seem to see much to suggest it is possible yet but there do seem to be screws that can be taken off etc, just wondering if there is a guide anywhere to do this, thanks.

yes its pos, the front screws off, just undo the 4 screws at the back of the slide part then it clips off, the bak part that covers most of the phone is very easy to take of, just grip it at the site by ur keypad and prize it away fom the fone, its only held in place by 6 sticky pads (3 each side) iv changed mine frm plum to sand, i got them from blueunplugged.com

yes its very easy, back just clicks off and front just needs to be unscrewed. my nokia n95 is black, front and back/sides

I just ordered a black front for mine from ebay...

dont forget you will need a Torx screwdriver to remove the front bit (T6 is the size apparently)

Yeah I have just seen the black housing on ebay, looks good.

Was wondering how the back came off but yeah I can see now how it does, thanks!

Are the top and the bottom bits all the same, unscrew etc?

hmmm well I just got a torx T6 screwdriver in the post - and its too big! Sigh.

I *think* the bottom bit just unclips and is held in place by some sticky tabs, the top bit definately needs unscrewed (4 torx screws). I will go to Maplin later and try and find a T5 screwdriver I guess.....
