N95 and my Apple Macbook

I am picking up a N95 on Saturday and I'd like to be able to sync my calender and contacts form my Macbook. What software can I use? I've noticed that on the Nokia site it mentions iSync. It's being used by Nokia now?

Sorry that I'm all over the place, I haven't used a Nokia in a little while...

I don't know if you can sync with a mac because syncing needs to use PC suite.

i do think using my n95 as a bluetooth modem for my mac book is pretty cool, genuine wireless high speed internet. just don't stray too far from a power supply and make sure you are with t-mobile (only uk company offering realistic data packages)

Nokia have released an iSync plugin here:

They've also released a beta of the Nokia media transfer suite that allows the N95 to appear as a camera in iPhoto and allows syncing of an N95 playlist with iTunes:

I also use NovaMedia's address book plugin (Euro 6.50):

Modem scripts for use as a 3G modem are at:

Think that should sort out most of your needs. Unfortunately Nokia Maploader (which I used to download UK maps so I can disable network access within maps and avoid Vodafone's scandalous data charges) is PC only (though it works fine under Parallels)

Hope this helps
Peter

you don't need to pay for syncing with your Macbook.
just search in nokia site and you'll find all the things you need.

Hi, tried to find this on the nokia site. the link isn't valid? Can you point me in the right direction to this?

Just go to: europe [dot] nokia [dot] com /Mac

Should take care of all your Mac needs

I use an N95 with my Intel iMac - wonderfull 😊

I sync my N95 contacts and calendar perfectly with my Macbook Pro via bluetooth.
Search around and you'll find the solution.
Also did the same with my N80i and earlier S60v2 phones as well.
