Settings Wizard Doesn't Work on a N73-1

The Settings Wizard does not work on my new N73 product code 0539776 (O2 postpay UK) sw 3.0704.1.0.1

Measures I've taken so far
I re-installed the software using NSU - No success
I checked under application manager and setting wizard version 3.34(0) is installed. I deleted the application and found a new copy version 3.38 and installed it - No success
I re-installed the software using NSU a second time - No success

The phone date is set correctly and within the period of the certificate validity
This phone is not locked and I want to use a foreign SIM in it for holidays
All other phone functions appear to be working well

Is this a bug in the 0539776 software or any other suggestions would be welcome?

After all that, hard to tell what happens... Go to Nokia site, N73 support pages, and install the setting wizard software by it�s self, alone from NSU upgrade. I don�t know if it works, but is another way...

My second step was as you suggested. Initially I had checked through Nokia.com for a new copy, but none was available. The only standalone copy I could find was from the Nokia Australia New Zealand ste Any other sites I had looked, the N73 wasn't included

So I'm still stuck
