Unlocking a 6630 PLZ :(

Another thing guys, my phone aint locked. but I cant put a lock either...thats what I need to do. put the lock..please help me guys...thanks.

You should talk to the network provider, and they sell to you an unlock code, without any personal stuff lost.

You aint getting it, here in my country, we dont have contract restrictions and companies dont have those..All I am asking for is unlocking the master code, I tried a site and it didnt work, and I need to be told exactly how to do and what, maybe I wasnt clear, what I want to do is to set a LOCK code, not a PIN code, the LOCK code lockes the phone, which I bought from a salesman, and the PIN code lockes the SIM Card.I dont have the LOCK code set, because I can easily access the phone, its set to off. What I want to do is to set a LOCK code on my 6630 because I hate seeing my phone in somebody's hands.
What I mean by lock code, and 6630 owners will know what I mean:
Menu>Tools>Settings>Security Settings>Phone and SIM:

I will press on Lock Code..it asks me for the lock code, I entered the code provided by many, many on the net, but not the mastercode related to my serial number/ IEN or IEEN or whatever... I believe that someone talked about a site that generated mastercodes somewhere, I used that and it didnt work.In fact I tried two ways:
One
Lock Code:
12345
New Lock Code:
11111 or 12345 or anything
Verify:
I verified
Result:
CODE ERRRRRRROR

Two
Lock Code:
I added what the generator provided me here
New Lock Code:

Verify: I verified
I got another message, but nothing that told me lock set, it told me something about two minutes...and nothing happened after two minutes...

I see... the original one, 12345, already tested:frown:
The Nokia Service can help you. You only need to prove that you are the owner of that phone, and they can unlock the device... but I�m afraid, that is a pay service.

So what I am asking for is not what I can get with a mastercode?

Do you want a lock code, because you lost the original one, is that?

I want to tell you thank you guys...I figured out how...I only updated the firmware... and the lock code was re-set to 12345... successfully changed it.... I want everyone who is asking about this thing to realise that once they update their firmware the lock code will be reset to 12345 and they will be able to change it...Thanks nj7 for the tip.This post no longer needs to exist and I ask the mods to close it.Thank you.
