best sound recorder?

hi guys...unfortunately nokia's recorder allows only 1 minute recording and that too in amr only...can't they make it more useful !! Anyway i want a sound recorder (NOT CALL RECORDER) with unlimited recording time, and other than amr (preferabaly mp3) format...any such app.??

Install python and use this script made by myself. It's not perfect, but it works, even if recording is not made in mp3 format (wav, au, amr). Start recording with selection key in the center of D-Pad.
