Hii,, i've updated the firmware laste time i.e v 11.0.026 ,, i know everything abt changin the product code .. as the new firmware is available now .. but whenever i try to update F/W using NSU my phone disconnects automatically..
the product code is Euro1
can any1 tell me wat 2 do

disconnection and reconnection happens several times during the upgrade process. You'll need to be more specific about when it disconnects.

Oh as a general rule .. do a HARD reset .. green * 3 while turning the phone on .. BEFORE applying the update. (this ensures no weird settings get in the way)

Switch off any firewalls that might mess things up and use PC Suite Mode throughout (therefore I recommend you have the Latest of this too)

Try again, be a little patient😊 .. good luck!

PS for anyone not familiar with the Product code change etc .. its here along with links to the other software required http://youtube.com/watch?v=uN9eRlddfH0

Remove your memory card, then Format the internal memory (*#7370#) before starting (the Flash process will clears internal memory anyway).
This ensures there are no running apps interfering with the flash process.

Ensure there is a SIM in the handset, then put the phone in General Profile.

Lay the handset on a flat surface, and do not touch or move it during the flash process. If you accidentally disconnect USB during flashing you could brick the phone.

If during the flash process, you get a message saying to take out the battery, do not do this. Instead, click the retry option. After 4 or 5 retries the flash process usually continues and completes successfully.
