Is there a max limit for MP4's that wont allow you to email them if over X kb or something? been trying to email a vid of 87952KB.
Also im getting a lot of "Gallery: not enough memory to perform operation. delete some data first." messages even though I have a 2Gb card with about 8 pics and 2 vid of about 87000KB each on it, and the phone memory is clear whats that about?

87952KB is way to big for emails - you wouldn't even do that on a desktop pc. Most email service providers have a limit on max attachment size which can be anywhere between 10 -25MB. Anyway, even if a 86MB file is allowed for the email, it would take you hours anyway. Don't know about other people, but my 3G reception can never stay uninterrupted for that long...
Oh right, thanks for that randomfan. So whats that in KB then? im a bit dense when it comes to techy stuff and it would be good if I could keep an eye on the file sizes so I know what I can/can't send. and how would i send a vid clip that big to a friend if it wouldnt work on a pc either?.
Also would that explain the memory messages i've been getting?

10 -25MB = 10.000 - 25.000KB.
Ps. Sending a file as an attachment to e-mail from your phone using f.i. 3G will still take veeeeery long time with theese filesizes and if you don't have a flate rate data cost it will cost you a small fortune. Using WLAN when sending will solve both problems.

Er.... how do you switch to WLAN to send the email? it automatically selects the network default and does not give me the option to change to wlan in any of the menus.

You need to edit the mailbox. Go into messaging then Options > Settings > E-Mail > Mailboxes. In there click the mailbox you are using and then Connection Settings. Go into Incoming and change the access point to 'always ask' then do the same for outgoing.
This will mean the phone will ask what access point to use when you tell it to update your email and you can choose WLAN
You could alternatively choose a WLAN access point instead of 'always ask' but then you will only be abe to check email when in range of that wireless network
