Great stuff, thanks. The hypothetical Finn had me cracking up but personally I prefer that to Jobs' methods. Honestly, when Jobs got a cheer for announcing that the iPhone was going to be GSM, I wondered if they were on a different planet. I shall switch to Motorola if the Finns take your advice on presentation, and announce with great fanfare that the next handset, "will have a built-in contacts list".
