My n73 is frozen, how can I reset it without taking out the battery?

I hold the power button for 20 seconds but it doesn't work. I can't turn it off. I don't want to take out the battery cause I have a silicon cover on it and it's a pain to get on and off.

It freezes ever since I put an mp4 video on it. I have no idea why I can't use the phone just because I put a video on it but it's a real pain!

Ok I just did it.

Is it normal that a single video on the phone can make it freeze? Even just turning it on and pushing the menu button or trying to list my contacts causes it to freeze. I can't even delete the file. I'm going to have to put the SD card in a card reader to delete it.

Normal, not. But could happens... A "computer" file, with record problems can cause that.
