On the latest NORMAL version of N73 not ME is the music player now the same as ME or old version??
Or can u use the keypad at least to flick between tracks?

Yes - the latest firmware for a standard N73 4.0276.2.0.1 has the new ME-style music player.
And A2DP stereo bluetooth support.
The keypad serves no function, just the joystick for transport controls and play/pause/stop'
Would have been useful to have some of the Options feature as short cuts from the numeric keyboard (shuffle/equaliser etc) though.
