On eBay I purchased a GPS reciever which stated included a free original nokia battery.
I didnt get a fake nokia, but a dodgy looking "Lidib" battery.
Is this response to my complaint correct or lies?
"Our Nokia battery is OEM Nokia Battery straight from the factory.
The only reason Nokia is not stated on the battery is because batteries that come straight from factories do not go through the process of labeling. Also, lidib is not a company, they are part of the Nokia branching factories. "
Please help
See http://europe.nokia.com/batterycheck for verifying actual/original Nokia batteries.
I wouldn't accept anything that's dodgy looking as an original (no matter what the reseller claims).
And at least to me, "Lidib" means nothing, and neither does the term "Nokia branching factories". Nokia has its own factories, and any contract manufacturers for components probably has too, and they surely operate as real companies (otherwise no business relationship would be possible).
ALL Nokia batteries should have the hollogram with code under a scratch area that u can verify from the URL N/A posted. Do not accept any thing otherwise. I also suggest contacting ebay fraud (i cant remember the exact name) about that.
Thanks for your help I will keep complaining about the battery.
