Does chaingeing product code wipe Planet 3 off the phone??

hi~just wondering, if i change the phone's product code form the original one toe Hong Kong's code, would it wipe Planet 3 off? coz i want bopth planet 3 AND chinese....thx!

if planet 3 is installed on the memory card then u'll be fine. And usually product code dependant apps are on the SD card, but I could be wrong; check see where it is installed.

If there's a genuine Hong Kong '3' Product Code then Planet 3 would be retained, but if you use a Generic Hong Kong code, all Network Specific apps will be lost.

I always thought planet 3 was just 3's branding of "Web" app.

If so it will be fine

I was a 3 customer many moons ago and I think you have to configure port and login details for the Planet 3 app to work.
