hello all i just want to ask that if i should upgrade to version 12 from the latest version 11 because today recently my N95 crashed 😞 this is what happened......today i was listening to music on my N95 in silent mode with a stero headphone(not the stock kind) plugged in, then i got a phone call so i picked it up with my headphone with it as a listening device and speak to my phone. However when i hanged up my phone call i realize my phone just froze i couldnt click any button, after a few minutes i realize i crashed my phone. So i have to reset it twice in order to go back my menus. Anyway it did not happened again but it almost scared me to death. Anyway my question was after i experience this problem how to i prevent it?? does installing v12 firmware helps prevent it???

upgrading is a good move.

unusual things happen to hardware / software from time to time. Preventing random things like this from happening is pretty difficult.

I would recommend upgrading - save / backup your stuff .. go for it!😊

Ive had a similar problem, after upgrading to V12 my phone hasnt crashed once! So I would personally recommend upgrading your firmware too. 😊
