admin here has BES set up and has sent me a password, ive loaded up the latest version of bb connect but when i try to activate my account i get the following error:
Blackberry service not connected, operation not possible?

bb apn isnt active on sim also you cant do live activation on bb, you would need to connect to pc and use nokia bb pc application to create encrption key to get emails. mail me if you need help
