Sync Calendar with 2 S60v3 Phones

Hello,

I have a question about syncing my phone's calendar.
This is the situation wich i wish:

I have an mail2web account wich i sync with my N95. The email, calendar and others i would like to sync works flawlessly.
My girl wants to get an N73.

I would like to wirelessly and push-sync our calendar (NO EMAIL) so that we do not plan appointments at the same time.
Also i would like to send her emails in stead of sms, since email does not cost anything (We both got a unlimited data-plan).

Does anyone has an solution so that we can sent each other emails AND sync our shared calendar.

Would like to here from you.

The way I do it is set up a Google calendar which my wife and I both have access to, sync my phone using Goosync, and my wife does the same. No more calendar clashes. My wife and I send each other emails during the day but tend to use IM more. It's quick, easy and instant and also uses data tariff.
