I am on 3, if that makes ay difference. But my voice mail wont give me the option to change my greeting on the main menu, is there a way? as my voicemail greeting at the moment is horrific, i sound like a chipmonk! lol please tell me how to change it.

What operator you are on makes all the difference (on how it is done, because it has nothing to do with what phone you use). Call '3' customer service and ask them to tell you how you do it (unless some other '3' customer here knows and can help).
