flashing backward

Hello!
My N73 was a plain version and I flashed it to 3.0638.0.0.43 Chinese ME. When I learned that 4.0726.2.0.1 supports A2DP, I changed the product code to 0539101 and flashed it without thinking twice. Now I find out that Chinese characters display and input are gone. Is it possible to flash backward?
