Updating Firmware

I am currently on 3 and i am thinking of updating my firmware to v4 using nemesis. If i do, will i lose my 3 settings and certificates, etc?

yes you will lose all the 3 stuff

if you make a backup of the phone memory before the upgrade and apply it after you upgrade you will get your 3 settings back (connections etc) but you will lose certificates that wlm, mobicast and possibly orb need to work and install
