I wouldn't trust strangers on the internet with your IMEI if I were you... bad things can happen to your phone... 😊

The problem is that the symbiansigned site isn't fully functional at the moment. For few weeks it stopped letting you apply for dev certs. Now that function is back, but only for people already registered - you can't register for the near future...

SYMBIAN SIGNED WEBSITE UPDATE - SITE FULLY FUNCTIONAL FOR REGISTERED ACCOUNTS

The Symbian Signed web site has now been migrated, with the following functionality now available.

* Applications may be submitted via the site for testing via TEST HOUSES.
* SELF CERTIFIERS are enabled.
* Developer Certificate creation is NOW enabled for ALL EXISTING accounts.

Note: We anticipate NEW account registration will return in the near future. If you do not currently have an account and have a valid reason to have an account created, please send an email as follows to [email protected]:
Subject of email "Developer Certificate enable request"
