i just got my n95 and learned that i can get a 4 gb card on it. does this need a firmware update?

have the latest stable firmware. So update anyway.😊

I do not think you need the latest (12.0.0.13) firmware for the 4G cards, since it wasn't available until after people had had success using the 4G cards. I do not have one myself.

4GB cards ok with both v11 and v12 firmware. dunno about v10.

I have a 4GB card and it works fine with V11 & V12.

Just a thought though... I think that there is an 8GB and a 16GB on the cards for later this year! Awesome!

I have completely filled my 4GB so I will be getting a 16GB when it is released and if it works with the N95.
