Configuring IMAP message-saving

I have a Linux home server (for anyone interested, a 'hacked' Linksys NSLU2 running Unslung alternative firmware), and one of its functions is as an e-mail 'dropbox' for the house - i.e. it downloads all our POP3 e-mails into one location, and we can then check our messages via IMAP (or webmail via our intranet).

I have managed to configure my N95 to access the server via IMAP, and it generally seems to work properly (although only via my T-Mobile data connection and not WiFi - still trying to work out why).

However, I can't find how to configure the N95 Messaging settings to save automatically a copy of any e-mails I send from the N95, to the "Sent" folder on my IMAP account. All the other e-mail apps I use (Thunderbird, Novell Evolution, RoundCube webmail) can be set up this way, but there doesn't appear to be an option to do this via IMAP - only to save copies locally to the phone memory.

Am I missing something, or will I need to remember to CC any e-mails I send from the phone, to my own address?

Many thanks 😊
