I have upgraded to fw 12.0.013 from 11.0.026.
I have lost the names with in my currency converter. the country names only comes up as foreign 1, foreign 2, foreign 3 etc. I used to have usd, gbp, jpn etc.
I have read ealse where this has happened but no real solution of how to recover the position.
My phone is un branded.

Tried to reset to factory settings but need an lock code. this code is definitely not the puk code or sim code.
