have you tried to print a picture? it might be a resolution issue with your pc? Do the pics look fine on the N95 when viewed?

I try many other mobiles and other computers and my mobile show the worests photo in landscape mode
Hmmmm.... have you returned the phone to where you purchased it to show them alsary??? It may be faulty? How old is your N95?
you are focussing before taking the picture?? just that video doesn't require it. half depress shutter until focus box turns green.

Yes, there appears to be something wrong with Landscape Mode.
I went to Blackpool yesterday took loads of nice photos in landscape mode. Unfortunately, they are all blurred, Or what appears to be watercolour effect (watercolor for the American searches).
Checkout the sample landscape pictures for:

If it happens on Auto, I can only assume the N95 decides youre taking a landscape picture; therefore it uses the landscape photo.
I will do some tests tonight to find out whats causing the problem. Under user defined settings, you can base the settings on another profile. If I base the settings under Landscape, then adjust the other features, such as exposure until the effects disappear.
I will post my findings.
Im a newbie here, but couldnt help but registering because of my new N95...
By the way, also whilst on my Blackpool trip, I left my GPS running, took pictures, made 20 min call, kept mail for exchange running constantly with data connection, Battery lasted max 5-6 hours
Lesson learnt, GPS took up most the power, without the GPS, my phone would have made it back to base whilst using other features.
