Battery Dying Fast

Wow. Seems like my battery sucks now? So my phone died on my last night

I used the music player for lets say.. 2 hours. Talked on the phone for 15 minutes.

So before I slept, I checked how much bars I have left. I have 2 bars left. It died on me while I was sleeping. So now I go to charge it.. 30-45 minutes later it's done charging apparently. I'm thinking my battery sucks now and I should purchase one.

5.0719.0.2 is my firmware. And I don't have "Show Availability" with my WLAN so it doesn't scan for Wireless Connections unless I ask for it.

Dude, check if there is any background applications running.

"Show Availability" with your WLAN - doesnt mean that the your WLAN is ON or OFF. Its only for searching the WLAN networks.

If you are in a known WLAN zone, N80 tends to get connected. Especially if you run applications like

Fring, Yahoo Go ! , or VOIP installed. Battery drains very fast then. Also make sure your BT is turned off.

Long Press your Menu button to find background applications.
