Hi there,

Im upgrading from a Qtek S200 to a Nokia N95 and need to transfer my contacts and was wondering if/how this would be at all possible withut transferrring the contracts one by one?

Any ideas?

Thank you in advance

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (SymbianOS/9.2; U; Series60/3.1 NokiaN95/12.0.013; Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 ) AppleWebKit/413 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/413)

Sync your Qtek contacts with Outlook or Express using ActiveSync then use PC Suite to sync them to N95.

hi, thanks for your reply.

good plan, but unfortunately this doesnt seem to work... the contacts do not copy over (even though i have checked 'Contacts'..

Also, I should point out that I am only interested in copying the telephone numbers, not any email addresses (not that I have any stored)

ActiveSync says that it has sync'd but im not too sure where to find the contacts if they have been copied over?

I realise that this is more a Qtek S200 issue rather than a Nokia N95 issue, but would appreciate the help all the same if you know what I could do to recover this data?

Thanks again.

EDIT or where is the file that contains the contacts on the Qtek S200 and i'll print it and add them as an when i can?? (Worst case scenario!)

If you are only interested in copying the names/numbers can you not copy to sim card then put sim in new phone then copy from sim card to phone

Is there not an option to copy contacts to sim under start >programs>sim manager, Ido not have the QTek S200 but if its possible to do it I would guess its there in sim manager
