N73 software update failed, help!

While updating the firmware on my N73 the USB cable came free and now i can't turn it on any more. Can any one help please?

Oh bugger 😞

Try updating again. You might need to do it a few times, but keep trying. I did a similar thing with a 6680 and tried about 3 times again and it eventually picked up and did the update.

If that fails, try taking it back to your nearest Nokia Service Centre.

There is, however, a big chance you've just created a very expensive paperweight 😞

Gave it another try and luckely it picked up from where it left off thanks but......now its saying 'phone start up failed, contact the retailer'. mean anything to you?

I've been getting that message since yesterday, although I updated my phone last week.
