i have a strange problem plzz try to help me out...every time i connect my phone to my laptop and start software update everything goes will till 99 percent update nd then it just stops!! i have tried many times...uninstalled and reinstalled update software, turned off all firewall and anti virus...go exactly by the book pressin c button and removing and reinserting battery..plzz help me out!! rt now i am havin r5 version of firmware
