email question..

I got my e61i last thursday and i am so very pleased with all aspects for it. Dont even miss the touchscreen (was using kjam and pda2k).

Only one question i have, i have a microsoft exchange server with push enabled. the server polls the other email accounts that i have every 30 mins or so which is fine with me.

the question is while sending an email from my e61i can i define different address that shows the email is coming from this email address rather then the address e61i is configured for push mail. dont know it makes sense but here is something

Email 1 : funaki_at blahblah . com
Email 2 : funaki _at_ mail2 .com
email 3 : funaki _at_ workmail .com

Push Account : funaki _at_ pushblahblah .com

now when i recieve an email on my push account and want to reply to it i want it to appear from email 2 rather then push account.

Is that possible?

Thanks

It depends on what software your using on your phone to get push email, if its Mail For Exchange or Sevens Allways On mail then i think the answer is no as both programs use their own closed mail folder on the phone.

I use MailX by bitween.com, this one uses any regular email account that you have setup on the phone. I have an email account for my ISP, Gmail and Yahoo setup on my phone, I dont check the gmail account because this causes problems, instead i have it forwarded to my ISP account, something like the way you do it, you have one account which emails from several accounts go to. So when I receive an email to my ISP email that is one that has been forwarded from Gmail when I reply it I got to options - sending optione - mailbox in use - and change it to gmail.

So yes it can be done but all depends on what puch email software your using
