big problem with cameras on N93i

Hello everybody,

I got the N93i 3 days ago and it had no problems, great phone.
Yesterday I tried to shoot some video with the big camera, but a bizarre massege poped-up:

"Unexpected error occurred. Power off the device and restart."

I did it twice and then I installed the upgrade again.
After the re-install it worked, but when I changed to video mode the massege poped-up again. I tried hard-reset, but again it didn't help. :frown:

Does anyone know what can it be? the hard reset didn't roll back the phone to the position it was when I got it...

Please help me.
Thank you very much :icon14:

Oh I forgot to tell something:
There's a barcode reader application in the phone. It uses the video camera to scan the barcode, and when I tried it the camera worked just fine, so it must be something in the program itself.

I'm having the same problem..... occasionally, when I'm in camera mode... the phone would either shut off or restart randomly ...?????? but the video mode is fine .....

so how are you going to fix it?

I sent NOKIA e-mail a week ago but they didn't answer me, yet.

take it to a nokia service center and claim it on warranty... or take it to a phone service center and pay a little for it... or claim it on insurance (if you have insurance) pay a little for it and get a brand new one...
