E70 Active Standby plugins problem

5 replies · 3,097 views · Started 02 August 2007

Hi.

The option for Active standby plugins seems to be missing on my E70.
It should be found at Settings>Phone settings>Standby mode settings>Active standby plug-ins, but its not there. Also the Calendar is gone on my active standby screen.

Any ideas how I can get this back?
I've even tried the nokia update and overwrite my software.

Thanks.

Hi Mayhem, check to see if you have accidentally switched active standby to off and overlooked it

Settings>Phone settings>Standby mode settings> Active Standby >on or off

Thanks for the reply.

Active Standby mode is on, so thats not the problem, I only have the five shortcuts (standby apps) and my last two emails.

I've tried about anything now. Checked every setting on the phone, rebooted it and even (like I said) reinstalled the software.

It's just a small problem but still.. I like to have my phone fully working. 😊

Hi tinwhistle,

My problem seems to be slightly diffirent, I can enable active standby mode, but there's no settings for the plugins.
Anyway, I'll give Nokia a call tomorrow.

Thank you for your help. 😊
